Every order over AUD $300, delivery is free  to anywhere in the world.  Otherwise delivery is:

Postage costs for Australian customers are:

Insurance cover for your item is an optional extra. Insurance costs are:

•  AUD$18.00 per item

 International Customers

Postage costs for international customers are:

• AUD$9.00 per item 

Insurance cover - is an optional extra but is highly recommended. Insurance costs are:

•  AUD$30.00 per item

There is no insurance to items sent to Canada and Germany.

We do not send jewellery to Switzerland.

We send items through australia post in a padded envelope.Please allow 5 - 10 days to recieve your package.

  TAXES

In our experience, it is rare for import taxes to be imposed by your home country. However, it is still possible that customers may be liable to pay import taxes imposed by their government upon arrival of their goods. This differs from country to country and we have no control over which taxes may be charged. In the case of a refund, the customer must bear all costs associated with import taxes as it is not possible for Sunrise Opal Mines to refund this amount or other costs associated with importing goods. Customers should research their country's import tax policies prior to making a purchase.
